  13.      PowerPad is a shareware Windows text editor.  It is similar to
  14.      the NotePad editor that comes with Windows.  The file FEATURES.TXT
  15.      explains all of the features of PowerPad.  FEATURES.TXT also
  16.      contains information about future releases of PowerPad.
